Ingredients
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons honey
¾ cup sliced red onion
Directions
Stir together vinegar and honey in a small bowl until combined well. Stir in red onions and let
stand, stirring occasionally, at least 20 minutes at room temperature, or for up to a week in the
refrigerator.
Makes 1 cup, 10 servings
