Ingredients
1 cup 1% low fat milk
2 teaspoons natural cocoa powder
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
Directions
Heat the milk in a small saucepan over a medium heat until hot, but not boiling. Remove from the heat and skim off and discard any skin that forms on the top.
In a mug stir together the 1 tablespoon of the hot milk, the cocoa powder and the sugar, until dissolved and a paste is formed. Pour the hot milk into the mug and stir to combine.
